Storfjorden is the fifth longest fjord in Norway and stretches for 110 kilometers. There are 10 different communities scattered along the length of the fjord, including the villages of Hareid in the west and Tafjord and Geiranger in the east, where the fjord branches off into the Tafjorden and the Geirangerfjord. Sightseeing, fishing and boating are popular pastimes here.
