Twenty years ago, Vacations To Go hosted its first singles cruise on the brand-new Carnival Conquest with nearly 200 singles.

Since then, we have operated nearly 300 cruises, welcoming over 40,000 travelers to more than 200 destinations. Some of our guests have joined us on over 40 cruises!

On December 29, we kicked off our annual Vacations To Go Singles New Year's cruise. We sailed into 2025 with 140 of our closest friends aboard the Norwegian Encore. During this celebration, we explored Puerto Plata, St. Thomas, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay.

Why not kick things off with a bang? Our traditional Battle of the Sexes game was the best way to get together on our first sea day. Matthew G. from New York, NY led the men in a strong fight, but Lori F. from Calgary, AB and the women pulled through in the end by a thrilling two-point margin.

Janine S. from St. Catharines, ON had an extra special reason to celebrate on this sailing -- she had retired from the Army! Congratulations, Janine!

On New Year's Eve, we went to a fan-favorite, Puerto Plata, where we enjoyed a beautiful tour of town featuring the famous Umbrella and Pink Streets. Arthur G. from Del Ray Beach, FL and Jennifer J. from Coconut Creek, FL took the host's recommendation and sampled the delicious local empanadas. At Golden Beach, we soaked up the last few rays of sun that 2024 had to offer before heading back to the ship to ring in 2025! Miguel P. from Guanajuato, MX even hit the dance floor and rocked it at the ship-wide dance battle!

In St. Thomas, we enjoyed the beautiful waters of Crystal Beach. Paul B. from Wapato, WA and Erica A. from Frisco, TX took a gondola ride to Paradise Point to sample the island's signature drink, the Bushwhacker. That evening, we stayed comfortable with a pajama party-themed cocktail party!

Tortola was our next beautiful and relaxing port of call. Yelena Z. from Hallandale Beach, FL spotted a stunning rainbow while sailing the waters on a catamaran. The colorful theme was carried into the evening as we hit the dance floor for a neon-themed cocktail party. K.C. I. from Denver, CO kept the excitement going by hitting the go-kart track!

Did you know that Norwegian Cruise Line has its own private island in the Bahamas? Great Stirrup Cay offers white-sand beaches, colorful snorkel scenes and delicious beachside barbecue. Our singles enjoyed soaking it all in, on our final port day of the journey.
